As we transition to a new board and new leadership team, I would like for the Triumph board to review the current situation relative to our banking processes and systems, and our future needs. Our current banking processes and systems are unusually cumbersome and antiquated, and I believe it warrants an evaluation of our banking options.

After approval of Triumph’s counsel, would you please send this memo to Treasurer Reynolds Henderson and our CPA, Jennifer Davidson, and ask them to review our current banking services and needs. At our next board meeting, I would like to have a brief review of our future banking needs and expectations as well as any recommendations Mr. Henderson may have going forward.

Similarly, with approval of counsel, please provide a copy of this memo to all board members, staff, and post a copy of this memorandum to our website so that the public remains informed of our business.
